Delivery
We have local and UK shipping available, and prices are dependent on both size of item and location.
Standard local delivery is £20.
All shipping time frames are given as an approximate guide. We aim to deliver most items within 7-12 working days, with the exception of specialist items where this may take longer.
Where items are available on pre-order, this information, with the expected lead time provided by the supplier, will be displayed in the product description.
We will keep all customers updated as to when their items have been shipped, and appreciate your patience if there are any delays.
We use ParcelForce for our primary shipping, and a specialist courier for larger / fragile items.
Local Pickup
We are currently only able to offer local pickup from our warehouse during the hours of Monday-Friday: 09.30-17.00.
Full details, including the collection address, will be provided via email notification when the order is marked as ready for pickup.

Items must be returned to Reclaimed Reloved in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
With the exception of faulty products, return postage must be organised, and costs covered, by the customer.
Once the returned item has been received, the money will be reimbursed to the original payment method. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item is returned to Reclaimed Reloved in the condition in which it was originally received; Reclaimed Reloved will not issue refunds for items that are damaged upon return to us.
Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to process.
Proof of purchase may be required.
